What happens when my Coinflow payout fails?

What causes a failed payout?

Coinflow payouts can fail due to a number of issues, including:

- Bank or payment platform rejects the transfer

- Card is not activated

- Incorrect bank account or card information

- Incorrect bank region selected

What happens to my funds for a failed transfer?

When a transfer has begun, the funds will be removed from your balance and an attempt will be made to transferred the funds to your designated account.

If the transfer fails, the funds will be returned to your account in 3-7 business days. Once returned, you will be able to make a new payout to your card or bank account.
