What happens when my Creatorflow payout fails?

Modified on Wed, 28 Jan at 9:43 PM

What causes a failed payout?

Creatorflow payouts can fail due to a number of issues, including:

- Bank or payment platform rejects the transfer

- Card is not activated

- Incorrect bank account or card information

- Incorrect bank region selected

What happens to my funds for a failed transfer?

When a transfer has begun, the funds will be removed from your Creatorflow balance and an attempt will be made to transfer the funds to your designated account.

If the transfer fails, in some cases, the funds will be returned to your Creatorflow balance immediately — otherwise it can take 3-7 business days. We recommend opening a support ticket at https://youpay.co/ticket if you experience a failed transfer so we can prioritize the return for you.

Once the funds have been returned to your Creatorflow balance, you will be able to make a new payout or request your funds to be paid out via our other supported methods.
