Badges - What do they mean and how do I get them?

Badges are assigned to YouPay users for a variety of reasons. Some may be purely visual, while others represent creators who have been verified by our team, or achieved a certain status level.

We are always adding new badges, and would love to hear from our community if there are badges you'd like to see added.

Below you can find a list of existing badges with information on what they mean and how you can get them.

Badge Name	Badge Image	What it means	How you get it
Verified		Creators who have had their identity verificed by the YouPay team.	Creators who transact over $1K will be invited by email. If you'd like to fast track this process, just reach out to us.
Gold Verified		Awarded to verified creators who have a long standing record of high volume and high quality payments.	YouPay will assign this badge, however if you believe you have transacting consistent high volume ($10K+) please reach out.
Ambassador		We have selected this creator to promote YouPay.	YouPay identifies potential ambassadors and contacts them directly.
AI Generated Creator		This badge helps fans understand that a creators profile and photos are AI generated.	We'll assign it if we see your content, or email us and we can assign it for you.
Anime Creator		This badge is assigned to creators whose content is anime based.	We'll assign it if we see your content, or email us and we can assign it for you.
Whovian		A fun badge, highlighting those with a love for Dr Who.	Prove your knowledge by emailing us and answering this question, "When will silence fall?"
Gamer		This badge is assigned to creators who stream gaming content.	Tell us you're a gamer and we'll assign the badge.
