How am I protected against chargebacks?

YouPay utilizes best in class risk management practices and software to minimize fraud risk and to protect our users. In scenarios where our product is used appropriately under our Terms of Service, YouPay users are protected against chargebacks.

Occasionally though, a chargeback request may be received by us for a payment made to a user. In all instances we will aim to resolve the situation with the users. 

If the chargeback is due to an actual fraud and we are unable to recover the funds we may deduct these funds from future gifts to offset the fraudulent amount.
